Engage allows you to connect your brand’s own social channels directly to schedule and measure post-performance for owned social posts

Connecting your Social Accounts

The first action within the platform is to connect your social profiles to your account.

When in CisionOne Social, click on the cog wheel icon next to Engage.

Alternatively, click on your initials in the top left corner and select Organisation.

The Organisation screen has an Integrations tab. This tab contains the Connect Page buttons for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter and TikTok.

The Connect Page buttons will launch a pop-up window with additional steps for each social channel's integration. This will typically be your username and password for the channel. This will confirm the requested permissions to allow Cision to manage and listen to your account.

Managing Social Accounts

To manage your connected social accounts:

  • Integrations added for each social media platform can be managed via the “Manage Integrations” button.

  • In order to refresh existing integrations or add new integrations, use the “Update Integrations” button available at the bottom of the Manage Integrations popup.

Upon using the “Update Integrations” button, the authentication process will have to be followed as usual. After successful authentication, you will be presented with two options: the first is to refresh existing accounts and the second to add any new accounts found.
