Sign up and complete onboarding.
On the pricing step, choose Starter or Scale and start your free trial.
Enter your payment details in the secure Stripe checkout.
Choose your AI models and see your first report.
What you can try
Your trial is tied to the plan you choose at checkout. During the trial you can review your AI visibility report, competitor analysis, website audit, content calendar and drafts, and connect your CMS and data sources. A 3-day trial shows initial findings and how the workflow runs; sustained organic growth takes longer.
When am I charged?
Nothing is charged during the trial. When the trial ends, your subscription continues on the plan you chose and your first payment is taken, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
On monthly billing, your first 3 months are at the introductory price (Starter €99 per month, Scale €299 per month). From month 4, the regular price applies (Starter €199 per month, Scale €399 per month). The price and currency shown at checkout apply. See When will I be charged?
How to cancel during the trial
Cancel in Settings → Billing, or contact us in the chat Messenger or at contact@citeralabs.ai. For technical reasons, cancellation isn't available during the first 15 minutes after the trial starts, while your account is being set up. After that, you can cancel at any time during the trial.
After the trial
After your trial ends, you can continue with your plan or choose a different one. If a trial expires without an active paid subscription, access to the app is locked until a plan is active.
Trial vs money-back guarantee
