You can create a Citera account in a couple of minutes at app.citeralabs.ai/signup.
Before you start
Citera is a business-to-business service. By creating an account you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business, are at least 18 years old and have authority to accept the Terms of Service for your organization.
Use a work email address that you will keep access to. It is used for sign-in, security notices and billing.
Use a desktop or tablet. The Citera app is designed for larger screens and a mobile view is not available yet.
Sign up with email
Go to app.citeralabs.ai/signup.
Enter your details and choose a password.
Complete the CAPTCHA check if one is shown.
Open the confirmation email from Citera and click the link to confirm your account. You need to confirm your email before you can sign in.
Sign in and continue to onboarding.
Didn't get the email? Check your spam or promotions folder, then try signing up again. If it still doesn't arrive, contact us via chat.
Sign up with Google
If the Google option is shown on the sign-up page, you can use your Google account instead of a password. You can later add a password in Settings → Profile so that you can also sign in without Google.
What happens next
