Starter: ChatGPT
Scale: choose up to 4 AI models
Custom: all AI models
You choose your models during onboarding on the Choose your AI models screen. Some models may be marked Coming soon there; those can't be selected yet.
Why track several models?
Each model uses different sources, retrieval behavior and update cycles. A strong result in ChatGPT doesn't guarantee the same answer in Gemini, Perplexity or Claude. Tracking several models shows consistent weaknesses and model-specific opportunities.

Upgrade to Scale from the model selection screen or Settings → Billing, or talk to us about Custom if you need every model.
AI traffic
Separately from visibility scans, if you connect Google Analytics 4, Citera shows visitors arriving from AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude.
AI shopping
All plans include shopping analytics that show how your products surface in AI shopping experiences such as ChatGPT Shopping.
