Plans can be adjusted as your tracking and execution needs change.
Upgrade from Starter to Scale
Go to Settings → Billing, or click an Upgrade prompt in the app (for example when you reach your prompt, brand or model limit).
Choose Scale and confirm.
The switch happens in place, with no new checkout, and is prorated automatically. Scale features, such as more AI models, social publishing and applying fixes to your CMS, become available right away.
Scale is €299 per month for the first 3 months, then €399 per month (see Scale plan). The price shown before you confirm is the one that applies.
Downgrade from Scale to Starter
Go to Settings → Billing and choose to change to Starter.
Citera shows exactly what will change on your account before you confirm.
You lose Scale-only features, such as social publishing, applying fixes to your CMS, product page optimization, report generation and extra models. If you have more prompts or brands than Starter allows (25 prompts and 1 brand), you'll need to reduce them. You can upgrade back to Scale at any time.

Limits reached?
When you reach a limit, for example your tracked prompts, Citera tells you and offers an upgrade. Scan allowances reset at the start of each period.
