First payment
When you start a trial, you enter payment details at checkout but aren't charged during the 3-day trial. Your first payment is taken when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
Introductory pricing and month 4
On monthly billing, Starter and Scale start at an introductory price for the first 3 months. From month 4, the regular monthly price applies automatically:
Starter: €99 per month for months 1 to 3, then €199 per month
Scale: €299 per month for months 1 to 3, then €399 per month
Agency pricing is different. See Custom plan and plans for agencies.
Prices exclude applicable taxes. The price, currency and offer terms shown at checkout, before you confirm, are the ones that apply.
Renewals
Subscriptions are charged in advance on a recurring basis:
Monthly plans renew every month on your billing date.
Annual plans renew once a year.
You can see your plan and billing status in Settings → Billing.
Upgrades
Upgrading from Starter to Scale in the app is prorated automatically, so you pay the difference for the rest of the current period.
Taxes
Fees exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Cancelling
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and no refunds or credits are given for partial periods. The only exception is the 90-day money-back guarantee for eligible first-time customers. See How to cancel your subscription.
