Citera payments are processed securely by Stripe. Citera does not ask for your card details in chat or email.
Paying
Enter your card details in the Stripe checkout when you start your trial or subscription. Payment details are handled by Stripe as our payment processor.
Update your card or billing details
Go to Settings → Billing.
Click Update card or billing details. This opens the secure billing portal.
Make your changes and return to Citera.

If you're on a Custom plan or need a different way to pay, contact us via chat or at contact@citeralabs.ai.
Keep your account in good standing
Keep a valid payment method on file. If a payment fails, access can be locked until your payment details are updated. See Failed payments and locked accounts.
