Download invoices
Go to Settings → Billing.
Click View and download past invoices.
Open or download the invoice you need.
Taxes and VAT
Citera is a business-to-business service. All fees exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and customers are responsible for taxes, duties and levies that apply to them. Any taxes are shown at checkout and on your invoices.
Company name, address or VAT number
You can update billing details from Update card or billing details in Settings → Billing. If you need specific company information on your invoices, such as a VAT number, or need a past invoice corrected, contact us via chat or at contact@citeralabs.ai with your account email and the details to add.
Yearly billing
Yearly subscriptions are billed once a year, so you get one invoice instead of twelve.
