Forgot your password?
On the login page, click Forgot your password?
Enter the email on your account and click Send reset link.
Open the email and click the link. Reset links work once and expire after 60 minutes.
Choose a new password of at least 8 characters and confirm it.
For your security, all other sessions are signed out after a reset, and we send a security notification email. Your scans, content and publishing keep running as normal.
No email? If an account exists for that address, the link arrives shortly. Check your spam folder. If the link has expired or was already used, request a new one.
Didn't request a reset? Request a new link and change your password right away, then contact us.
Change your password while logged in
Go to Settings → Profile.
Choose to update your password. A 6-digit code is sent to your inbox; it expires after 5 minutes.
Enter the code and set your new password.
If you sign in with Google only, you can add a password here.
Change your account email
To change the email address you log in with, contact us via chat or at contact@citeralabs.ai from your current account email, and tell us the new address.
Note: the recipient email for scheduled reports is set separately in the brand's notification settings, and you can edit it yourself.
