Export your data
Go to Settings → Profile.
Click Export my data.
Citera gathers everything stored for your account and downloads it as a JSON file.
You can also export your Prompt Library as a CSV, and visibility data using the export options on your plan.
Delete your account
Go to Settings → Profile.
Click Delete account.
Confirm with Yes, delete my account.
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, all your brands, scans, reports and connected integrations. This cannot be undone. Export anything you want to keep first.
Before you delete
Check your subscription. We recommend cancelling your subscription in Settings → Billing first. If you're unsure whether you'll still be billed, contact us before deleting.
Published content stays on your site. Deleting your Citera account doesn't remove posts already published to your CMS.
Revoke app access if you like. For some integrations, such as the Shopify custom app or the GitHub App, you can also remove the app from that platform's own settings.
Deleting just one brand
To remove a single brand instead of your whole account, delete it from your brands list. See Setting up and managing your brands.
