Residential properties are permitted a maximum of two sheds. All sheds must be permitted through the Building Department. No sheds are allowed within easements. No sheds allowed in front yards. View more on our accessory structure regulations and read these rules:

If the shed is 10 feet by 10 feet by 10 feet or smaller, and not placed on a concrete slab, it may be placed up to the property lines.

If the shed meets this size limitation and is set on a slab, it must be at minimum 5 feet from any property line.

If the shed is any larger than 10 feet by 10 feet by 10 feet, it must meet the applicable zoning district setbacks for a structure.
