If you are a new customer and need a recycling container or if your current container is damaged and needs replacing, please call the Utility Billing Division at 727-369-0690 and one will be delivered to your home. Note: The recycling container is the property of the City of Pinellas Park and must remain with the property should you move or transfer your utility service.
