Utilities Access is the new public utility account management and payment portal for the City of Pinellas Park. Utilities Access provides many new and improved features to help customers manage and pay their utility bill.

Quick Pay will allow you to pay your utility bill without signing in or registering for an account. Simply click on the Quick Pay button on the Utilities Access dashboard.

You will need to enter your Account Number and Customer Number to locate your utility bill.

If you have registered for an account, you can add it to your profile by clicking the Add Account button.

Enter your Account Number and Customer Number, then click Add Account.

Once your account is added, you will be taken to your account dashboard. From here, you can pay your bill, sign up for auto pay, review your current bill, and review your consumption.
