The City of Pinellas Park now allows customers to pay their utility bill by phone. You can use a credit card or an electronic check to make payments by phone.

You will need your account number and customer number in order to make a payment. Accounts numbers are listed before the dash on your utility bill. For example, in 123456 - 78910, your account number would be 123456.

Customer numbers are listed after the dash on your utility bill. For example, in 123456 - 78910 your customer number would be 78910.

Credit card payments have a maximum payment of $300 and a fee of $4.00.
E-check payments have no maximum and a fee of $2.00.
