When reserving a car, you have two options:

1. 15-minute free reservation - choose a car, click on “Reserve” and you will get a 15-minute free reservation for your access to the car and its unlocking. If you do not unlock your car within 15 minutes, your reservation will be discontinued.

2. Extended reservation - a car can be reserved for more than 15 minutes.

In such a case, when 15 minutes free of charge expire, paid reservation time will be calculated. A minute per paid reservation costs as much as a minute per using a chosen car. The maximum duration of this reservation is 24 hours.

If you do not unlock a car by selecting “Unlock” in the app, the reservation will discontinue but you will have to pay for it. You can cancel a paid reservation. In this case, you will pay only for the used paid reservation time.

When you reach a car, click “Unlock” in the app. The car will unlock, and the keys will be inside the car.

If when trying to unlock a CityBee car (by clicking “Unlock” in the app), it does not open, please contact us by telephone, and the 24-hour beehive assistance center will help you.
