Only the administrator of the company has the access to the CityBee virtual business wallet. In the virtual wallet section, you can add a payment card that will be used to pay for Citybee services, and you can also make a deposit payment - top up your wallet.
If you haven't added the card yet, follow these steps:
Log in to the CityBee self – service center.
Click → Payment card → Add payment card.
Enter the details and select -> Save card.
In the wallet, select "Add to wallet" and choose the desired amount of money. You can pay by bank transfer or payment card.
When the virtual wallet is topped up, the amount needed to cover the trip will first be debited from your company's virtual wallet. If there is insufficient balance in the wallet, the funds will be deducted from the linked payment card.
