Balance top-ups are made to your CityPay currency wallet (GELX/USDX), designed to allow you to easily and efficiently purchase crypto assets and/or transfer tokenized fiat currencies (GELX/USDX) to other CityPay users.
On the main dashboard page of CityPay, your currency wallets GELX and USDX are displayed. To top up your balance, click the “Deposit” button next to the desired currency.
After clicking the “Deposit” button, enter the amount you wish to add and then click “Pay.”
Note: The amount you deposit in Lari or US Dollars will be reflected in your balance as the corresponding stable tokens GELX and USDX, at a fixed 1:1 exchange rate.
After clicking the “Pay” button, you will be redirected to the Keepz payment system, where the following payment methods are available: Apple Pay/Google Pay, Bank Card, and Online Bank (Bank of Georgia, TBC Bank, Credo Bank, Liberty Bank).
If using the desktop version, a QR code will be displayed alongside the payment methods. Scanning this code allows you to continue the payment process on your mobile device.
When choosing the Bank Card method, after clicking the “Pay” button, enter your card details. After submitting the information, you will receive a confirmation code on your mobile phone. Enter the received code in the corresponding field and confirm the payment.
You will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment, and the amount will be instantly reflected in your wallet balance.
