Topping Up Your Balance via PayBox

To top up your CityPay wallet using a PayBox fast payment terminal, please follow the instructions below:

  • On the PayBox screen, find and select the CityPay banner (or choose the “Banks/Finance” category, then “Crypto,” and select CityPay.io).

  • Enter your personal ID number for identification.

  • Confirm your mobile phone number: after entering your ID number, PayBox will display a partially masked phone number. If the displayed number matches yours, press the “Select” button. If the number is unfamiliar, choose “Search for another number.”

  • Enter the SMS code: For security purposes, a one-time SMS code will be sent to the chosen phone number. Enter the code to complete the verification process.

  • Confirm your personal ID: On this page, your ID number will be automatically filled in. If it matches your ID, press the “Next” button.

  • After clicking “Next,” you will be directed to the payment page showing your CityPay ID and the one-time deposit limit. Insert the desired amount into the terminal (within the given limit) and press “Next” to confirm the payment.

Note: PayBox terminals accept payments in Georgian Lari only, so the deposited amount will be reflected in your GELX balance.
