How to Send Crypto to Another Wallet?

Updated this week

To send crypto, go to the Crypto Wallets section and click the “Send” button next to the desired crypto asset. Then:

  • A crypto send window will open.

  • In the “Recipient’s Address” field, enter the crypto wallet address where you want to send the crypto.

  • The system has an integrated address validation mechanism:

    • If the address is valid, a green indicator will appear.

    • If the address is invalid, a message will appear: “Invalid crypto address format.”

  • In the next field, enter the amount of crypto to send, either in crypto units or traditional currency. This field also has quick selection options:

    • Min – minimum transferable amount (considering network fees).

    • Half – 50% of your available balance.

    • All – send your entire balance.

  • After filling in the required fields, click the “Send” button.

  • Once the transaction is successfully completed, your balance will update instantly, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Sending Fees

  • CityPay to CityPay: Sending funds to another CityPay user has a 0% fee.

  • External Wallet: When transferring to an external wallet, the user pays only the network fee, which depends on the network load.

Note: Please pay special attention to the recipient’s address and the network when sending crypto. Sending crypto to the wrong address or network may result in permanent loss of funds!
