To send crypto, go to the Crypto Wallets section and click the “Send” button next to the desired crypto asset. Then:
A crypto send window will open.
In the “Recipient’s Address” field, enter the crypto wallet address where you want to send the crypto.
The system has an integrated address validation mechanism:
If the address is valid, a green indicator will appear.
If the address is invalid, a message will appear: “Invalid crypto address format.”
In the next field, enter the amount of crypto to send, either in crypto units or traditional currency. This field also has quick selection options:
Min – minimum transferable amount (considering network fees).
Half – 50% of your available balance.
All – send your entire balance.
After filling in the required fields, click the “Send” button.
Once the transaction is successfully completed, your balance will update instantly, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Sending Fees
CityPay to CityPay: Sending funds to another CityPay user has a 0% fee.
External Wallet: When transferring to an external wallet, the user pays only the network fee, which depends on the network load.
Note: Please pay special attention to the recipient’s address and the network when sending crypto. Sending crypto to the wrong address or network may result in permanent loss of funds!
