To reset your password, go to the CityPay Wallet login page and click “Forgot Password” below the email and password input fields.
Enter your registered email address, and a 6-digit code will be sent to your inbox.
Enter the code you received in your email on the password reset page.
Fill out the following fields to set a new password:
New Password
Repeat Password
Click the “Create New Password” button to complete the process.
