  3. Shoppers: Individuals who interact with Citypay indirectly when paying a merchant’s invoice via Citypay.

Citypay collects different types of Personal Data depending on the type of user:

2. Merchants

3. Shoppers

  • (Optional) Name, address, phone number, and other details upon the merchant’s explicit request

  • (For donations) Donor's name, email address, address, phone number, employer, job title, and city of employment

Citypay does not process sensitive personal information, such as religion, race, ethnicity, or political views.
