If you forgot your password, you can easily reset it:
Go to the CityPay login page.
Below the email and password fields, click “Reset Password.”
Enter your registered email address.
A 6-digit code will be sent to your email.
Enter the received code on the password reset page.
Create a new password:
Enter your new password,
Confirm it by typing it again,
Click “Create New Password.”
After that, your password will be updated, and you can log in to your CityPay Wallet using the new password.
⚠️ Make sure to check not only your Inbox but also your Spam folder.
Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and include both letters and numbers.
