To access your CityPay Wallet, you first need to download the Paynet app from the App Store or Google Play.
Once downloaded, open the app and enter your phone number. You will receive an SMS with a one-time password (OTP), which you need to enter.
In the Paynet app, you will be asked to complete verification.
Verification is carried out through the MyID platform, which automatically checks your documents and biometric data.
Verification Completion
Once your verification is successfully completed, the CityPay Wallet will become available in the “Services” section.
The verification time may vary, so please wait for a notification confirming the status of your verification.
