After completing registration and verification, you will be assigned a unique 8-digit identifier (User ID).
This is your personal code used to identify your profile and account.
Finding your User ID is very simple:
Go to your CityPay Dashboard.
In the top-right corner of the screen, you will see the initial of your name.
Click on the initial – this will open your profile window.
In the profile window, right below your first and last name, you will see your unique User ID.
⚠️ Your User ID is a personal identifier. Share it only if requested by CityPay Support or an official partner.
