Follow these steps to send crypto assets from your Paynet wallet:
Open the Paynet app and select your wallet.
Choose the crypto-asset you want to send.
Tap the “Send” button.
A new window will open where you will see:
The selected crypto asset and your current balance.
The “To” field - enter or paste the wallet address where you want to send your crypto assets.
On the left side, a QR scanner is available to quickly scan the address from another device.
Below, a field to enter the transfer amount.
The minimum amount that can be sent is equivalent to 10 USDT.
The system will always display:
The minimum transfer amount (including the network fee).
The maximum transfer amount (your available balance).
After filling in all fields, click “Continue.”
After confirming the transfer, the screen will display:
The amount of crypto asset sent
The date and time of the transaction
The transaction ID (TxID) for blockchain verification
The fee amount (for example, 0.00 for an off-chain transaction)
Fees
Between CityPay users (off-chain): The transaction is instant and fee-free (0%).
Via blockchain (on-chain): Only the network fee is charged, depending on the current network load.
⚠️ Always double-check the wallet address and selected network before confirming.
Crypto-assets sent to the wrong address or via the wrong network cannot be recovered.
