Every crypto address is unique to a specific wallet and network (for example, TRON, TON, or Bitcoin).
If you send coins to the wrong address or to the wrong network, the funds cannot be reversed or recovered - even by CityPay.
Always double-check the full wallet address and selected network before confirming your transaction.
Our recommendation:
Copy the address directly (don’t type it manually).
Verify at least the first and last few characters of the address.
Make sure the network matches (for example, TRC20 → TRC20).
