If your transaction appears in your Paynet transaction history, it means it has been successfully processed and has an official status (for example: Sending & Receiving).
Important to know:
Transactions in Paynet are automatically synchronized with the blockchain.
Once your transaction shows up in the history section as successful, it means it’s already verified and completed - you don’t need to take any extra steps.
If you want to see the TxID (Transaction Hash):
If you want to find the TxID (Transaction Hash), open the crypto-wallet and click on the crypto-asset that was sent. The transaction history will be displayed there. Select the relevant transaction to find its hash.
⚠️ If the receiving transaction was cancelled, you can contact support to obtain the transaction hash.
⚠️ Transactions shown as confirmed in the transaction history are final and cannot be cancelled.
