CityPay does not charge any commission for sending crypto.
However, when you make an on-chain transaction (sending crypto to an external wallet), you must pay a network fee.
What is a network fee?
A network fee is a blockchain transaction cost charged by the network itself - not by CityPay.
This fee goes directly to blockchain validators or miners who confirm and secure transactions.
Important details:
The fee amount depends on the type of crypto asset, the network used, and the current network load (how busy the blockchain is).
CityPay does not control or add any extra charge to this fee.
Examples:
TRON and Bitcoin networks generally have higher network fees compared to some other networks.
Fees may vary from time to time - this is completely normal and depends on network activity.
Summary:
CityPay transactions within the platform (for example, between CityPay wallets) are free of charge.
For on-chain transfers (to external wallets), you only pay the standard network fee, which is determined by the blockchain network, not by CityPay.
