To place your widget on your page, simply copy the two lines of script at the top of the widget admin page under "WIDGET PLACEMENT INFORMATION" and paste them into your CMS/web page builder!
In some CMS platforms (such as Word Press) you may need to use an off the shelf plugin that allows for html or javascript code to be directly placed inside of it.
