The Event Leads tool is expertly designed to streamline the process of identifying and managing leads, allowing your sales team to act quickly and efficiently.
Accessing the Sales Tool
To get started, log in to the admin at admin.cityspark.com. Once you're in, navigate to the menu on the left side of your screen. Scroll down and select "Sales Tool," then choose "Event Leads" from the dropdown menu.
Navigating the Event Leads Interface
At the top of the Event Leads page, you'll see three essential fields: Search, Event Date Range, and Account.
Select Your Account: Choose the relevant account to filter the leads accordingly.
Set a Date Range: Selecting a date range that extends a bit into the future is recommended, as it gives your sales team ample time to work through the event leads.
Once you've configured your parameters, click on the "Get Leads" button.
Viewing and Utilizing Event Information
After clicking "Get Leads," a list of upcoming events will appear below. Here's what you can expect:
Submitter Name and Email: Identify the individuals who submitted the event.
Ticket URL: Direct access to the event's ticketing page.
Attendance Estimate: An estimate of the number of attendees, helping you gauge the event's scale.
Ticket Pricing: Insight into the cost structure for attendees.
Promotion Purchases: Details on any promotions the submitter has purchased, including the amount spent.
By selecting a specific event from the list, you can explore additional details about the submitter, such as:
Recent Promotions: A history of recent promotions the submitter has purchased.
Recent Submissions: Other events the submitter has listed, offering further lead potential.
