  • Supported Independent Living (SIL): Civic supports people with disability to live in a variety of shared independent living arrangements across NSW. We provide high quality, accessible homes to groups of between two and five people per home. Each home is carefully selected by our Property team to ensure it offers connections to a thriving local community, and is designed to cater to the individual support needs of the residents in the property. Each of our properties are staffed by highly skilled, trained support workers, who will work with residents to provide quality support designed to meet individual goals. As a resident, you will take an active role around the home, selecting and preparing meals and choosing social activities to enjoy with housemates. Our shared independent living properties are located in Sydney’s South, South West, Blue Mountains and Shoalhaven regions. You can click here to find our current vacancies, but if there is no vacancy in your preferred location please contact us as we are continually growing our property portfolio.

  • Aged Care: As we age, our care needs change. At Civic we are working with emerging technology providers to create a modern, accessible Aged Care Village in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire, designed to meet the needs of those aged 50+ living with disability.

  • Apartment Living (SDA): We are currently partnering with a number of property developers to provide 24/7 concierge support in modern apartment buildings, affording those with high physical support needs the opportunity to live independently, in modern, high-spec apartments, right in the heart of emerging communities.
