Civic Crew: This award winning social enterprise has been recognised by both Westpac Business of Tomorrow and by the Ian Potter Foundation. As a member of the Civic Crew, you’ll get to work off-site at a number of different organisations, supported by a Civic supervisor. We have a number of existing crews, working for organisations such as Holsworthy Barracks and Hellerman Tyton. Civic Kitchen and Catering: We now have five cafes, coffee carts and catering kitchens located across Sydney and the Illawarra. Each provides supported employment opportunities for those looking to expand their skill set in cafes and catering, with barista and catering roles available.

Civic Industries: Our thriving Civic Industries offers a wide range of services to many of Australia’s most trusted brands, with contracts for NSW Health and Department of Health and Human Services Victoria. With more than 150 supported employees, Civic Industries has a huge social element to it, with friends working alongside each other.
