Support Coordination is a service designed to help you get the most from your NDIS Plan. Support Coordinators support you to understand and implement the supports included in your plan, and will work with you as you build skills.

As well as connecting you to community and government services, a support coordinator can help you negotiate with service providers about what they will offer and how much it will cost. They will also ensure important administration tasks are completed, such as service agreements and service bookings.

You can find a support coordinator through the Provider Finder in myplace, or visit the NDIS website for an updated list of registered providers in your state. If you have Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination or Support Connection in your plan, you can also speak to us about our Support Coordinator services by calling 1300 692 484 or emailing enquiries@civic.org.au.

Our Support Coordination staff are all highly skilled at sourcing supports to meet your needs: from therapeutic services to mainstream supports.
