The time it takes to move into your new home can depend on many variables. If we have a current vacancy, and you already have a SIL provider, the move can be relatively fast - around one month after we’ve met you face to face. If you don’t have an existing SIL provider, it can take between 6 - 12 weeks for a SIL submission to be approved by the NDIA.

During this time, however, we keep working towards your goal of moving in, and will organise a few morning teas with your new house mates to give you the opportunity to get to know them. Our team will also be there to answer any questions that may have arisen since we last met with you.
