Licensing New Animals
Go to your Community's Licensing Animal Licensing page.
You will be asked:
I have licensed a pet with {Community Name} before
I have never licensed a pet with {Community Name} before
Select the button for having never licensed a pet before. YYou will be taken to the licensing application form page. On this page you will be offered the opportunity to update information regarding rabies, spay/neuter details, upload a photograph of the animal to help staff return your animal to you, and other information collected by the Community. An example is below:
When you are ready, click "Submit Application", if there are no details missing or in error, the application will successfully submit. Fees are calculated and returned back to your cart and you will be given the option to Pay Online if you wish to do so. However, additional information may be required, for example, if you have a new rabies vaccination and didn't upload it on this form, you will be asked to provide a copy even after a payment is made in order to have your license issued.
Licensing Existing Animals
Go to your Community's Licensing Animal Licensing page.
You will be asked:
I have licensed a pet with {Community Name} before
I have never licensed a pet with {Community Name} before
Select the button for having licensed a pet before. You will then be asked to log in or to utilize additional information to locate the animal.
If you are logging in:
You may find your animals under the user menu by clicking the User Icon in the top right corner of the screen and clicking "My Pets".
Click the name of the animal you wish to license, if licensing options are available there will be a button on the top of the screen that says "Renew my License", continue to Step 4.
If you are using the additional information to locate your animal:
You will be asked to provide the following combinations:
Your animal's access code (found on letters and emails regarding licensing or provided by Community staff) and the house number related to the animal. For example if your address is 144 Main Avenue, you would enter 144.
Or the Tag Number of the last issued license, the animal's name and the house number related to the animal. For example if your address is 144 Main Avenue, you would enter 144.
If the search for your animal was successful, the following screen will appear:
On this screen are general overview details related to Rabies Vaccination, Licensing and Inactivation options. If you are satisfied that this is the animal record you are searching for, click "Yes, I want to license this animal".
You will be taken to the licensing application form page.
