Profit Targets & Evaluation Stages

Phase 1 – Evaluation Stage

  • Traders must achieve a 6% profit target to pass Phase 1.

  • A 50% consistency rule must be followed during this phase.

Phase 2 – Evaluation Stage

  • The profit target remains 6%.

  • Traders must achieve 6% profit to successfully complete Phase 2.

  • A 50% consistency rule also applies in Phase 2.


Funded Account – Live Trading

Once funded, traders are subject to a 40% consistency rule:

  • No single trading day may contribute more than 40% of the total profits during a payout cycle.

  • This rule promotes disciplined, steady, and professional trading behavior.


Drawdown Rules

Maximum Drawdown

  • The maximum drawdown allowed is 8% of the initial account balance.

  • This drawdown is fixed from the starting balance and does not trail with profits.

Example:

  • Initial balance: $100,000

  • Maximum drawdown limit: $92,000

  • Even if the account grows to $105,000, the drawdown limit remains $92,000.


Daily Drawdown Limit

  • The daily drawdown limit is 4%.

  • It is calculated based on the higher of the balance or equity at the start of the trading day.

  • Exceeding this limit in a single day will result in account disqualification.


Minimum Trading Days

  • Traders must complete a minimum of 1 trading day to pass each evaluation phase.


News Trading

  • βœ… News trading is fully allowed on the Lite Weight Challenge.

  • High-impact news trading is also permitted on funded accounts.


Inactivity Policy

  • Accounts will be breached after 28 consecutive days of no trading activity.

  • To remain active, traders must open and close at least one trade within 30 days.

  • Failure to complete a trade during this period will result in a breach.


Lot Size Rules

Lot size limits are applied based on account size:

Important Note

  • The maximum lot limit applies to the total of all open trades combined.

  • Traders must not exceed the allowed maximum lot size at any time.

Example:

  • On a $100,000 account, the maximum allowed lot size is 40 lots.

  • If a trader opens:

    • EURUSD: 39 lots

    • XAUUSD: 2 lots

  • Total exposure becomes 41 lots, which violates the rules and will result in a breach.
