Profit Targets & Evaluation Stages
Phase 1 β Evaluation Stage
Traders must achieve a 6% profit target to pass Phase 1.
A 50% consistency rule must be followed during this phase.
Phase 2 β Evaluation Stage
The profit target remains 6%.
Traders must achieve 6% profit to successfully complete Phase 2.
A 50% consistency rule also applies in Phase 2.
Funded Account β Live Trading
Once funded, traders are subject to a 40% consistency rule:
No single trading day may contribute more than 40% of the total profits during a payout cycle.
This rule promotes disciplined, steady, and professional trading behavior.
Drawdown Rules
Maximum Drawdown
The maximum drawdown allowed is 8% of the initial account balance.
This drawdown is fixed from the starting balance and does not trail with profits.
Example:
Initial balance: $100,000
Maximum drawdown limit: $92,000
Even if the account grows to $105,000, the drawdown limit remains $92,000.
Daily Drawdown Limit
The daily drawdown limit is 4%.
It is calculated based on the higher of the balance or equity at the start of the trading day.
Exceeding this limit in a single day will result in account disqualification.
Minimum Trading Days
Traders must complete a minimum of 1 trading day to pass each evaluation phase.
News Trading
β News trading is fully allowed on the Lite Weight Challenge.
High-impact news trading is also permitted on funded accounts.
Inactivity Policy
Accounts will be breached after 28 consecutive days of no trading activity.
To remain active, traders must open and close at least one trade within 30 days.
Failure to complete a trade during this period will result in a breach.
Lot Size Rules
Lot size limits are applied based on account size:
Account Size | Maximum Lots |
$5,000 | 2.5 lots |
$10,000 | 5 lots |
$25,000 | 10 lots |
$50,000 | 20 lots |
$100,000 | 40 lots |
$200,000 | 60 lots |
$300,000 | 60 lots |
Important Note
The maximum lot limit applies to the total of all open trades combined.
Traders must not exceed the allowed maximum lot size at any time.
Example:
On a $100,000 account, the maximum allowed lot size is 40 lots.
If a trader opens:
EURUSD: 39 lots
XAUUSD: 2 lots
Total exposure becomes 41 lots, which violates the rules and will result in a breach.
