A payout may be rejected if our Risk Team identifies trading activity that does not align with CK Capital’s trading requirements, or if a breach of our established trading rules or Terms & Conditions is identified.
Each payout request is reviewed individually by our Risk Team. If a violation or trading activity that falls outside our permitted conditions is identified, the payout may be denied. If your payout has been rejected and you believe this was done in error, please contact our Support Team or reach out at momin@ckcapital.co.uk so your case can be reviewed and clarified.
