There are two ways to filter your search by national cuisine.
You can simply add the relevant keyword to your search - e.g.
italian aubergine recipes
spanish cookbooks
Or you can use the pulldown filters, which will also show you a count of matching search results by cuisine: e.g. cauliflower recipes from India:
