Refund Policy

We strive to maintain transparency and fairness in our refund practices. Please read the policy carefully to understand the eligibility criteria for refunds:

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for accounts that are in Phase 1 of the evaluation process and have not been traded.

  • “Not traded” means no positions have been opened or closed on the account.

Ineligibility Once Trading Begins

  • Once any trading activity has occurred on the account, it is no longer eligible for a refund — regardless of performance, outcome, or progress in the evaluation.

Evaluation and Funded Stages

  • Accounts in Phase 2 of the evaluation or in the Funded stage are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Evaluation Completion

  • Refunds will not be issued to users who have completed the evaluation, whether they have passed or failed, as the service and value have already been delivered.
