Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available for accounts that are in Phase 1 of the evaluation process and have not been traded.
“Not traded” means no positions have been opened or closed on the account.
Ineligibility Once Trading Begins
Once any trading activity has occurred on the account, it is no longer eligible for a refund — regardless of performance, outcome, or progress in the evaluation.
Evaluation and Funded Stages
Accounts in Phase 2 of the evaluation or in the Funded stage are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
Evaluation Completion
Refunds will not be issued to users who have completed the evaluation, whether they have passed or failed, as the service and value have already been delivered.
