Why was my contract terminated?

Your account may be terminated for various reasons, including credit card fraud, chargebacks, prohibited trading practices, KYC failure, and other exploitative actions. If your account is terminated, you will receive a refund, and all contracts will be terminated. We do not offer a dispute process for the above mentioned reasons.
