Traders who resort to posting on social media or making threats of doing so before attempting to resolve issues through our dispute process will be immediately refunded and prohibited from using our evaluation services. We take this rule very seriously and ask all traders to respect our staff and communicate with us professionally, with a focus on resolving issues. Making threats of harm or verbal abuse towards our staff will result in the forfeiture of any fees paid and a prohibition from our services.
