Chat from the Help Center
Already digging through the docs? No need to go anywhere else. Hit the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of any Help Center page and you'll be connected to the support team instantly. Zero tab-switching required.
The chat icon appears on every Help Center page. Clicking it opens a chat session directly with the Claap Support team.

Contact Support from Inside the Claap App
This one's a lifesaver when you're mid-task and something goes sideways.
Click the [?] button. It's in both the top header bar and the side navigation, to open the Help & Support panel.
Pro tip: Press ? anywhere in the app to open the panel instantly, no mouse needed.
You can also attach a Claap video recording directly in this panel, which is honestly the fastest way to show the team exactly what's going wrong instead of trying to describe it in words.

In the Help & Support panel, click [Message support] to open a chat session with the Claap Support team.

Got a complex issue or just prefer writing things out properly? Email support@claap.io.
The more context you give upfront, your workspace name, what you were trying to do, and what actually happened, the faster you'll get a useful answer. No back-and-forth needed.
Get Help in the Claap Slack Community
Sometimes the best help comes from someone who's already solved the same problem.
Join the First Claapers' Slack group and head to the #get-help channel. It's watched by the Claap team and a community of active users. Great for open-ended questions, tips, and getting a second opinion.

Post your question in #get-help
Once inside the First Claapers' Slack workspace, navigate to the #get-help public channel and post your question. The channel is monitored by the Claap team and active community members.
