How to Archive or Unarchive Tickets

How do I archive or unarchive tickets?
Solution:
Archiving tickets helps clean up your inbox and allows you to focus on open cases only.
To Archive Tickets:
Navigate to Inbox:
Go to your inbox.
Select Ticket:
Choose the ticket you want to archive.
Archive Ticket:
You have now successfully archived your ticket.
To Unarchive Tickets:
View Archived Tickets:
From your inbox, find and click on View archived tickets (2).
Select Ticket:
Locate the ticket you want to unarchive and click on it.
Unarchive Ticket:
Now, the ticket will be located back in the inbox again.
