Editing Response Time
To edit the response time in your self-service portal, follow these steps:
Go to Settings:
Navigate to the settings section in your dashboard.
Access Self-Service Portal:
Select the "Self Service Portal" option.
Find Your Portal:
Locate the portal you wish to change.
Edit Response Time:
Click on the portal and adjust the response time settings.
Update Settings:
Remember to click "Update" to save your changes.
