Editing Response Time

To edit the response time in your self-service portal, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings:

    • Navigate to the settings section in your dashboard.

  2. Access Self-Service Portal:

    • Select the "Self Service Portal" option.

  3. Find Your Portal:

    • Locate the portal you wish to change.

  4. Edit Response Time:

    • Click on the portal and adjust the response time settings.

  5. Update Settings:

    • Remember to click "Update" to save your changes.
