My email is already connected to an account, but I can't log in

The article helps you get access to Claimlane, if you're trying to create an account, but your email is already registered.

If you're trying to create and Account, but you receive a message that your email is already connected to Claimlane, you have a couple of options.

Reset your password

  1. Enter your email and reset the password

  2. Log in and see the connected account

Add a new account to the existing email

It's possible to connect multiple accounts to the same email. If you wish to connect a new account, please contact the partner you wish to work with, from the new account.

If no partner has asked you to use Claimlane from a new account, contact support@claimlane.com
