Select your self-service portal
Go to your list of self-service portals and choose the one you want to edit.
Find the screen you want to change
In most cases, you’ll see a picture on the right-hand side showing which screen you are working with.
Each screen has:
A header (title)
A subtitle (description)
General settings
In the General settings, you can change:
The starting screen
The channel screen
Channel settings
In the Channel settings, you can edit:
The flow selection
The title for each issue type
Flow settings
In the Flow settings, you can edit all wording related to each specific flow.
Each flow follows the same structure:
Header (title)
Subtitle (description)
If a field requires validation and can throw an error, you will also see a field where you can edit the error message.
