Withdrawing funds from the Clapp wallet is a straightforward process. Please ensure you are familiar with any withdrawal fees that may apply. To withdraw funds, follow these steps:

  • Open the Clapp app and navigate to the "Wallet" section.

  • Select "Withdraw."

  • Choose the currency you wish to withdraw.

For Fiat (EUR) Withdrawals:

  1. Ensure EUR is selected.

  2. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.

  3. Enter the recipient's bank account details.

💡Important: Fiat withdrawals can only be sent to a bank account held by the same individual whose identity has been verified through KYC. The name on your Clapp KYC profile must match the name on the receiving bank account.

  • Confirm the withdrawal details and initiate the transfer.

For Cryptocurrency Withdrawals:

  1. Choose the specific cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw.

  2. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.

  3. Enter the recipient's cryptocurrency address. Double-check the address for accuracy. Be extremely cautious when entering cryptocurrency addresses as transactions are irreversible.

  4. If applicable, ensure you include the correct memo/tag for the receiving wallet or exchange. This is crucial for proper crediting of the funds. Failure to include the memo/tag may result in delays or loss of funds.

  5. Confirm the withdrawal details and initiate the transfer.

Once you've completed the withdrawal process, your funds will be sent to the designated recipient. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed quickly, while fiat (EUR) withdrawals may take 1-3 business days.
