Renter profiles can be removed upon request by emailing support@rentwithclara.com. Please email the name and email associated with your account. If you do cancel your account, you will continue to have access to the relevant sections of Clara through the end of your billing period. You must cancel your subscription prior to 11:59 p.m. CST on the day before your next recurring billing date in order to avoid being charged for the next billing period. You will receive an email from Clara confirming your account cancellation and deactivation date.
