How to Set Up Your Payment information
1. Access the Payments Tab
Navigate to the Payments tab on your dashboard.
Click + Add Payout Method.
Note: If you do not see this option, please reach out in the #questions Slack channel for support.
2. Enter Your Residential Address
On Page 1, enter your full home address.
Important: This must be a residential address. If a non-residential address is entered, the payment may be rejected.
Click Next to proceed to the banking details section.
3. Enter Banking Information
Enter your banking information accurately.
Once completed, click Add to finalize your payment method.
Note: Required fields will vary by country. The system will prompt you based on your location (e.g., U.S. users will need routing and account numbers).
When do I get paid?
Payments are processed every Tuesday. Once your payout method is set up correctly, you’ll receive payments on the next eligible cycle. Please note, payments are processed only when your account balance reaches $100. If it doesn't reach $100 this week but does next, rest assured that you will receive the full amount
How much do I get paid?
Each project pays a different amount for each item. Payment amounts are announced in advance of the project to ensure they align with your expectations.
