Daily Tournaments & XP Rewards

Clash5 runs a Daily Tournament, also known as the Daily Battle, every day from the Lobby. Players compete in daily battles and earn XP rewards based on their final leaderboard position.

How Daily Tournaments Work

Each day, players are matched into tournament battles against other users. At the end of the tournament, players are ranked on a leaderboard based on their performance.

The top-ranked players receive XP points as their reward.

Tournament Rewards

Daily Tournament prizes are awarded as XP only.

Players do not receive:

  • Clash Coins, also known as CC

  • Cards

  • Cash prizes directly from the tournament

XP contributes to the player’s loyalty program level, which can unlock additional benefits over time.

Tournament Schedule

Daily Tournaments are scheduled to run every day, starting at approximately 3:00 AM EST.

The tournament cadence is currently set to about 8–10 battles per day.

The number of daily battles is configurable and may be adjusted from the back office if needed.

Matchmaking

At launch, tournament matchmaking is completely random.

However, there is one important restriction:

The same two users will not face each other more than once per day.

This helps create more variety in matchups throughout the daily tournament.

Prize Structure

Tournament prize structures can vary and may be selected per tournament.

At launch, the initial prize structure will reward the top 100 users with 10,000 XP.

As the Clash5 user base grows, the prize structure may also increase to reward more players or adjust the XP amounts available.

Back Office Controls

Before a tournament begins, certain settings can be edited from the back office, including:

  • Tournament structure

  • Start time

  • End time

  • Prize configuration

  • Number of battles

Once the tournament begins, the selected configuration will apply to that tournament.

Key Takeaway

Daily Tournaments are the main way for players to compete each day and earn XP toward their loyalty level.

The better a player performs on the leaderboard, the more valuable their daily tournament participation becomes over time.
